The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city center and within walking distance of most attractions. It is also very close to Vitosha boulevard, a popular shopping street. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and soft beds. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of options. the hotel provides excellent air conditioning and good toiletries.
There have been some complaints about noise from a nearby disco club, which can disrupt sleep during the night.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices and a large seating area. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Peter and Valentin. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to tourist attractions and shopping areas.
The hotel rooms were average and lacked some modern amenities. The lobby area had an overpowering air freshener scent that was unpleasant.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is in the heart of the city, close to a subway stop and within walking distance to the centre. Especially in terms of night life, there are tons of bars and restaurants to explore. the hotel facilities are fantastic. The rooms are clean and cozy, with everything necessary for a short stay. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, providing valuable advice and assistance.

This venue is in a great location with plenty of local options for food and just a short walk to many of the main attractions. The staff here were extremely accommodating and attentive to my needs. The amenities were fantastic, including a spa and wellness centre, and my room was fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the city.
